Shine Chinese Community School (SCCS) is a non profit funded by the Department of Education NSW language school located at Castle Hill Sydney. With our qualified and enthusiastic teaching team, we offer Mandarin Chinese language and Chinese culture learning programs that aim to develop a love for Chinese language learning.
